It is oval in shape and measures approximately 12" long, 8 1/4" wide, and 3" tall. these will clear hei distributors.
5 1/8" opening to fit most carburetors including edelbrock, holley, rochester, barry grant demon, etc.

Fitment:
Fits Chevy, Ford, or Mopar (Chryler, Dodge, Plymouth).
A perfect match to finned aluminum valve covers (Chevy, Ford, or Mopar).
Stud can be cut to fit your particular application.
