An item is missing from my shipment, what should I do?

The items I received are significantly different from they were described in their listings. What should I do?
You may return them for a refund or an exchange within 30 days upon receipt.
How do I return an item?
To solve your problem quickly and effectively, please contact us for an RMA( Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning your items. Each RMA will be valid for 15 calendar days after it’s issued. In this situation, the return shipping fee is paid by the buyer. The returned items should be received unused, undamaged, and in their original package for a full refund. Please don’t place stickers or shipping labels on the item’s original packaging.
I've returned my item, how soon will I receive my refund?
After we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 1-10 business days. We apply refunds to the PayPal account associated with the order. In our experience, it may take 2-3 business days for PayPal refunds to clear.
