When can I shop?

Whenever you need a car part. KernelParts.com is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your purchase will be processed and shipped within two business days after you place your order.

What credit cards does KernelParts.com accept?

At this time we accept Paypal, PayPal Credit, Visa, Master Card and many other payment methods, and we do not accept cash, checks, or money orders for online purchases.

Is there a minimum or maximum on the expend of each order?

No. The only exception will be on occasional special offers that have a limit per order.

How do I check my order status?

Checkout as Guest: To make your request even easier, have your order number ready. You can check your order's status by sending an email request (including your order number) to our Customer Service.

Register: You can log in your account to check your order status directly.

Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?

es. Your order can be cancelled up until the moment it's shipped. Once the order has been received, you must contact us according to the Return Policy. To cancel your order, send the email to customerservice@kernelparts.com.
